We only offer delivery schedules that can and will be upheld at all costs. All delivery schedules will be independently confirmed in writing by Zoomlion. We will back up our delivery schedule guarantees with extensive liability clauses in the sales contract so that in the absolute unlikely event of a delay our clients shall not be disadvantaged.

Spare parts and components, such as wear and tear components for example, shall be made available immediately and without delay to avoid any down time or unreasonable delays.

Please rest assured that our company has many years experience in the construction industry business. We know the importance of honouring agreements and terms and conditions agreed upon. We are aware of the possible penalties and wider effects that may result in delays of any kind (delivery delay, inferior equipment) and hence ensure that such delays and inadequacies do not occur.
